As the daughter of Mexican immigrants, Erika worked hard to make her parent’s sacrifices worth it. She did everything to reach the American Dream. By 25, she was working in tech, traveling the world, making 6-figures, and engaged.
She called off the engagement, quit her tech job, and began creating self-development content on social media. She became a thought leader on social media and started her coaching business, Courage Driven Latina.
She has interviewed celebrities like Luis Fonsi, run training for McDonald’s leadership teams, and courageously shared the story of breaking off an engagement at the largest Latina Conference.
She has supported over 120 clients in finding their purpose, starting businesses, and launching a passion project.
